Location close to airport. Nice area, not far from great restaurants. Very welcoming. Renovated (renovation in progress as well). Room decent size. Comfortable beds. A little noisy, but still good for work or vacation.
I was in the hotel for a conference. The staff was incredibly helpful and a breeze to deal with. The facility was clean and very modern. And parking was one of the easiest around. Would definitely visit (and probably stay for the night) next time.
Attended this location for a company training and due to the service, restaurant, and pool decided to book a room at the last minute. The day and night staff did an exceptional job at caring for my needs/ requests. Highly recommend. Clean, friendly staff, and I loved the amenities attached to the hotel. Such as the gym, restaurant, and Starbucks.
This is my hotel hotel of choice in downtown FL. It's a bit of a boutique hotel, but with all the amenities of the larger ones. What really makes this hotel special is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. For example, I was planning on working in my room for much of the day and wanted housekeeping to clean the room while I was in the restaurant having breakfast. No sooner was I off the phone with the front desk, did I receive a knock knock on the door from the housekeeping staff to clean the room. On the same trip, I forgot my Mac Book charger, and Robert Monte's, the Director of Housekeeping, lent me his own charger for the duration of my stay. What service!
I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel bistro. Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is that the renovated rooms have a shower only. Although it is a very nice shower!
