The Epicurean was the first and last location we looked at for our small intimate wedding. I wasn’t more than 10 steps in the lobby and said, “This is it”. From that moment on the entire process was worry free. The staff was very kind, prompt and polite. From Bonnie who first showed us around to Audrey who oversaw all the event planning. They kept in touch with us and were able to accommodate some last minute changes. They were very thoughtful during the entire planning process and event. All the staff constantly made sure that we had everything we needed, and ensured our day went stress free. They were very transparent during the whole process when coming up with the contract and schedule details. Audrey was on top of all of our needs and made a lot of great suggestions which made the event better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much Audrey and the rest of the Epicurean Staff for helping plan one of the biggest days of our lives, we are truly grateful for all the work you put in to for this special day.
We live in Tampa and generally frequent the Epicurean for delicious meals. Due to the unfortunate situation of Hurricane Irma, we ended up getting rooms at the hotel. Everything from the reservation process to the minute we checked out was so smooth. Although they had a "skeleton" staff for the last couple days, you wouldn't be able to tell. They were so well organized, helpful and incredibly inviting (even to our pets!) the whole time. In a situation like an expected storm, the Epicurean team was TOP NOTCH. They kept us informed, entertained and made us feel safe. A huge thank you to this local staple for keeping the community safe in a dire situation. I can't say enough good things at this point. An infinite 5-star rating for the staff!
Epicurean was absolutely amazing. Had a last minute unplanned weekend stay. Although the hotel was extremely busy, staff of different departments (valet, front desk, restaurant, etc) went above and beyond to assist and answer any questions. Such a great locations with so many things to do and places to visit around. Well done on the management for a well run establishment all around.

The customer service is top notch! I needed a recommendation for a florist in the area to send flowers to a guest. Not being from Tampa I needed help and Morgan was eager to assist and just a pleasant friendly person that was instantly willing to assist. The art of customer service is a struggle today and nice to see that people like Morgan still get the personal touches make all the difference!
