I've stayed at this location many times and never have had a problem. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The receptionist, Dolores, was very pleasant and welcoming.
The room felt very homy, lots of space, shower is separate from the toilet area. Big closet, couch to chill and sleep. The decoration was very well put together. Free breakfast, (come early, good things go fast). Would definitely consider staying there again
Hotel lobby was updated and looks upscale. Rooms were very nice and had modern updates. Double rooms had a small living room area with trundle bed, desk, sink, small mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There were 2 separate rooms for the bathroom. One had the toilet and a small sink. The other had a very nice stall shower and bigger sink with more counter space. The closet was spacious and had a full length mirror on the inside of the door. Beds were soft and comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Overall great experience and nice place to stay.
Its nice. But The smell and the AC vent makes alot of noise. Plus the breakfast Is okay but can be better. The radio needs to be updated ASAP.. The rooms are nice, found no bed bugs. The beds are comfy and looks like a real suite! The pool is pretty small but fun. Staff treats you nice which is a plus!
Called the front desk to see about my a/c not working. I was told to I have to turn the heat on to thaw it out. I said it’s already hot in the room and that would make it hotter. Was told I should have not turn it down that low. First time I’ve ever been told that in a hotel!!!! 4 people in the room and only 2 towels and no rug for the bathroom floor! I’ve stayed here before a few times and had no issues but I guess things change! Last time for me and my family!
