Reasonable price for reasonable accommodations. It isn't the Hilton but the rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. You can't beat the price for proximity to the Fairgrounds/Amphitheater/Hard Rock! If you need an inexpensive place to crash for a night close to those attractions this is it!
Surprisingly clean. Everything worked. There was ongoing construction. If prices remain the same after the renovations, it'll be a great budget option for hotels near Tampa. If prices go up, there won't be any reason to stay here versus something nicer/closer to town.
My husband and I had a great experience we went to the Midflorida credit Union for a concert and decided to book this motel for the weekend and we are glad we did because the rooms have had a lot of work done in them and they look great ,the rooms are very clean and the staff are great we had the pleasure of meeting Angelica and Nicole at the front desk and Liz And Tina in housekeeping they are all very nice and helpful. Thank you ladies and we will definitely be back.
I booked this hotel as a gift for my brothers birthday and all he wanted to do is rest. Outside his door they other guests set up a BBQ grill and a boom box my brother was livit I hear it always like that. I not book at this hotel this place is a joke
I checked in for a 1 night stay on 7/10/2017 as i was passing threw n upon check in she requested a 40 cash deposit for the room. Which i was already paying cash for the room 60 plus which was odd. I pass threw this area frequently n was never required to pay a deposit. I checked out early the next morning 7/11/17 n my deposit was forgotten. I called a few days later to ask them to just mail my deposit to me as i live in Pa n was informed by the same girl that took my $40 that i need to speak with the manager. I left my name n number n never received a call. My wife called again 2 days later n was informed the same n no call! We both have called several times at various times of the day and with no such luck of ever getting this manager on the phone or ever receiving a phone call from this manager. A trip takes me back on 11/2 n i have the opportunity to speak with the manager face to face n was told i must show him proof of the date in order for my deposit to be returned. My forgotten deposit should be in an envelope in the safe with my name on it. The way it should have been upon my check out on 7/11/17. I didn't have my receipt copy with me 4 months later n the manager was not willing to go the extra mile to find that transaction in his records so he could return my $40. To date i have not received my forgotten $40 cash deposit! Don't do business with this manager very poor customer service skills!
