If you're above the fourth floor the water pressure is not enough to fully activate in the shower, partially because the valve on the faucet is packed chock-full of calcium lime deposit. So when you pull the knob up to get the showerhead to come on, half of it comes out of the faucet in the other half bleeds down the wall so you got to put your head practically on the wall to get your hair rinsed out. Other than that it's great. Well except for the gym was closed because it smelled like they kept 18 to 25 cats in there and urine smell permeated the entire area around the door. But other than that it was great.
The front desk personnel were kind of rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean but the bed was the worst I have ever slept in at a Hilton property. The TV remote only half works, and the shower is horrible. After reviewing other reviews, I see a constant stream of apologies from the manager claiming to take things seriously but apparently the corrective actions they are taking aren't working. I would rank this hotel below every Hilton, Doubletree, and Hampton at which I have stayed.
Rooms were really nice. Had a issue with the room but front desk handled it perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel staff were very friendly at check in. The hotel even offers complimentary warm cookies and fruit infused water. My room was decent. Its nice having a microwave and refrigerator. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The only critique I have, is the bed is loud. It creaks at every opportunity. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
Very nice hotel and staff. The restaurant is the real gem! The food was exceptional. Crab cake special was superb, as was the sirloin and pasta dishes that my family had. The chef is very talented and I'd go out of my way to dine here if I were in the area again.
