We stayed here for Megacon Tampa and really enjoyed our time. We rented out the jacuzzi room and had a romantic time soaking in the tub after going to the convention each day. They also provide complimentary breakfast each morning with a great selection of items to eat and drink. They have a mini store up front, a semi heated pool out back, and ice machine on the floor.
A beautiful hotel earning 4 stars! The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of but the staff was fantastic the rooms were immaculate could not have asked for a better stay. A delicious Continental breakfast was provided. And the staff was gracious enough to allow numerous guests to eat late even though the buffet ended at 10a.m. making sure everyone had enough and didnt need anything else. The rooms were clean and immaculate. The staff in housekeeping were amazing, helpful, kind and did a great job! Not a single negative here. One of the best hotels in Florida! Thank you!!
I was extremely please at the great accommodations for myself and staff. My staff were extremely happy that I chose this hotel over others in the area that they have stayed at in recent years (we come each year for an Expo at Fairgrounds). The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quite even on the nights that it was booked solid due to our group and others attending a large concert nearby. We never heard a bunch of noise outside or in the halls. We enjoyed the large selection of breakfast items that were easy to grab and go or eat in the seated area. Everyone was very accommodating, it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for business or pleasure travel.
The hotel was very clean and rooms were very nice. We did not end up staying the night however as my boyfriend got a call to leave for a state of emergency. We stored only our belongings in the room and went to howl o scream when he got the call. I was very disappointed upon our return to the hotel that not even a partial refund could be given under the circumstances that arose. I understand policies but I believe when there are emergencies that some leniency should be given. I have also contacted the hotel in regards to this with no response at all. I do not know that we would consider this hotel again after this experience.
Overall this is one better hotels I have stayed in. Internet is fast, easy to access, and free. Clean and well organized. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer but still very clean. The staff at check in so wonderful and kind. If you are looking for a ritzy breakfast I would suggest going out. The breakfast was good but just your normal hotel breakfast. Overall, I would for sure come back.
