Purchased a kitchen table and chairs. Waited around 6 or 7 weeks for delivery.
After reading all of the bad experiences with RTG, I'm going have to pass. I would rather pay more for quality than quantity. Get yourself together RTG because no one wants to spend a ton of money on poor quality furniture.
Delivery driver was calling us at 6:45am on a saturday that they will deliver within 20 min.
Great selection in the Tampa store. Recently picked up a new living room suit and dining set. Nice quality and affordable. They have great service and very friendly, knowledgeable employees.

heads up, this showroom is closed. go to suite 409 and all to see if someone can let you into their offices. there are limited samples there. Jhon was very helpful.
They bring the table and chairs in and it was the high top we ordered but they delivered low chairs instead of what we ordered. Driver tried to get us to keep it and we should contact the store. I decided to not accept and called my credit card company to refuse the bill.
Very displeased bought a brand new king size canopy bed with mattress, spent over $1,500 dollars and bed came all scratched up. They had come out to the house a total of 4 times after trying to replace the scratched up pieces. Come to find out the parts that they sent out were used and were defected all 4 times that they had come out. So in other words if you buy a brand new bed from them but there is a defect or a scratch they will send you out USED pieces and parts even though you paid for a brand new bed. I was very disappointed and trust me on this, I will never buy anything from them ever again! Hope this review will help another.
