Evin was AWESOME! Very professional and offered GREAT advice on the arrangement of the Sectional ordered. He also carried 4/6 pieces up 3 flights of stairs by hisself and assisted with the fourth piece.
We loved the Marco Chaise Sofa that we purchased in 2015, but when we moved it fit awkwardly in our new space. I dealt with it for awhile but had the idea that I could easily replace the chaise cushion and order an end cushion. I had learned, the hard way, that this was not an easy task; for (me) the customer, for American Signature Furniture, or for the manufacturer. Thankfully, Lucia was there to investigate the process and get the cushion ordered. She spend at least an hour on the phone with me, and continually called the manufacturer for updates. This was overall a 6-8 week process and I think there were points in time where both of us lost hope that there was ever going to be a new cushion. If it wasn't for Lucia I don't think this would of gotten handled. Bravo, Lucia you are indeed the best employee they have by far!
Ron was the best sales associate I've ever worked with. He understood my budget and didn't pressure me into more than I could afford. He also showed me what was the best value for my money. Their 4th of July sale was amazing!
