We have spent months calling them, purchased their extended warranty. For them to take msgs and never I mean never return the call. Call the warranty center again they were contacting the store and would return. Never a word. So here we sit my wife is disabled has a rare connective tissue disorder and the chair was purchased as a gift for her comfort and she literally lays in bed because she cannot use the chair that was purchased. I have every receipt, warranty etc. These people conduct bad business and I don't know if it's lazy boys quality or bait and switch that happened either way. They've screwed us outta a little over a $1000. They've done absolutely nothing to honor their warranty, nor even had customer service loyalty or moral to conduct casual business. Stay away from these people take your money somewhere it's appreciated and they back their products.
Good visit. Really like the furniture. They can cover the furniture in just about any of the patterns they have as long as you have the time. Start early because it takes 6-8 weeks to get it when it is custom.
If you are furniture shopping, La-Z-Boy is a must stop.
The quality and service are great. The sectional was very expensive, but like all the furniture they build, it will last a long time, so in the long run, it's a good value.
Friendly staff, poor quality and excuses after the sale. Over priced for what you get. Not making that mistake again.
Read the negative reviews and then stay away. They do not honor their timelines or commitments. They ask for payment in full prior to delivery and then you are lucky to get what you paid for. Paid in full then received partial delivery and still waiting 3 weeks later for the sofa, the main piece. And that is in addition to the 6-8 weeks from placing the order.
We purchased a recliner here approx 18 months ago. When it arrived it was not the one we had seen in store and felt very cheap.
I furnished my living room from La-Z-Boy with the help of the salesman and a designer who came out to the house to measure and take photos, then put together a plan. I tweaked the plan and could see in advance how it would look and how everything would fit, which was the biggest concern. I was able to customize the sectional I chose- which sections, the type of upholstery (leather) and color. The rug was custom as well. I was able to choose the shape, size, pattern and colors.

It creaked, popped and squeaked from the time of purchase.
We purchased the chair here on sale at 998.00 one of the largest and nicest recliners they have. It was the biggest waste on furniture I have ever made.
6 months ago approx went to lay it back and the cross member bar at the lumbar completely snapped and the back support just hung sideways.
