Found an item we wanted to buy and went in yesterday with fabric swatches to confirm before we purchase. We didn't want our sales person with us as we wanted to talk on our own. Apparently, the manager sent someone over to us and said our sales person had to be with us, so we left and will buy from LayZBoy that has the other couch we were debating on. They are easy to work with and don't have a manger making the sales people hover. Im not buying a car and don't need the cat salesman tactics. I don't accept them at a car dealer and I am not going to accept them anywhere else either.
horrible customer service. allot of the furniture isn't what we expected. I had a problem with some of their cushioned seats and couches. Even though I brought the furniture brand new, the feathers and cushion from the couch and seats pop right out. After a short amount of time about 3 months the feathers and cushion where no longer there and everything became flat. when I called to complain they simply said that is normal and there's nothing they can do to fix it. I also had a problem with a office chair, nails from the seat poked right through and would puncture who ever sat on it. When they brought someone to fix it they simply said that they'll come back to exchange the seat which they still have yet to do. Customer service was horrible and they always refered me to their protection plan GUARDSMAN which takes 3-6 months to fix but who has the time to wait that long.
