Messed up my order and instead of fixing it they tell me to pay the difference and get a whole new bed. No ownership from the Manager.
Don't like that they have to run your credit every year, even after you have been with them for years, never missed a payment and always on time...

Purchased furniture at your store and delivery date was Nov 28 with a window of delivery from 12:30-3:30pm. That day I went to have lunch with my family and planning to be home before 12:30pm. I received a phone call from the delivery crew around 12 noon asking if anybody was home. At that time I informed them that the delivery window started at 12:30pm. their answer was that they are paid on commission and the more they have to wait, they lose money. After fussing, they agreed to wait 10 minutes to allow me time to get to my home. I left the restaurant and was home at 12:20pm. They were gone. I called them and they said they were turning around. They did and first thing they informed me is that the sofa is on back order and they were only delivering the 2 chairs that come with the set.On a pertinent note, my parents have sold the old furniture that morning. At that time I was already furious that my lunch was interrupted because "they are losing money." I rejected the delivery. They were very rude to me and I don't appreciate that. After they left, I proceeded to drive to the store. I found the person that sold me the furniture a few days back and told him I was never contacted to notify me the sofa was on back order. They seem not to know what they are doing and how to resolve this problem. They kept looking at the computer trying to figure out what have happened and was obvious to me they couldn't. I informed them I wished to cancel the order. I was inconvenienced from the moment my lunch was interrupted right thru the half an hour I have waited for them to cancel my order. NO SATISFACTION. So now beside been inconvenience with all this, my parents have no living room furniture. They are in their 80's and do not need all of this mess. I have purchased other furniture from your store and never had a problem until yesterday. It appears to me that your employees are poorly trained to resolve any problems and all they know is to sell. It appears to me the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE on the delivery people and lack of knowledge on the store people. I will never set foot on your business again and I will advise anyone I can not to do so as well. Have a good day.
I enjoy shopping here only bad thing I can say is order 2 lamps in March was told they would in store July 28th called and was told it would be August the 18th, I am very disappointed what takes five months and the only solution they gave me was to go the store in mulberry to pick them up myself. This is a real let down five months for an order !!!!!!!
