Nice sales guy, but why would anyone buy furniture you have to ship back to the manufacturer during the warranty for repairs if you don't buy the extended coverage? And, why would a reputable place sell it? I left when I heard that.
HI : Every one, I have always a client of that place for a years , but when a place has non competent supervisors it starts bad service. and the case was with PEDRO RUIZ. very rude and authoritarian should pass a course to deal with clients, is designed to steal money to the costumer, was buy a dinning room set and 2 times WAS DIRTY , like was used. and even so it was no my fault of the bad services , I was charge $ 216.00 for it .

We purchased a bedroom set back in August. It is now November and the dresser mirror still has not been delivered. Every time I call to inquire regarding the mirror, they tell me it should be in stock in a few weeks. As of the last time I called, I won’t be receiving anything till December. I wish they had communicated this when I first made the purchase. In addition, the bed frame is of such poor quality and shakes even at the lightest touch. I requested a service request, and according to their “experts”, the shaking is normal, and that if I have a problem with it, I can hire a third party for a second opinion at my own expense. I’ve used bed frames from other furniture stores before and never experienced any shaking. All I can say is that their furniture quality is poor and their customer service is even worse.
My salesperson was Miguel and just have to say he went above and beyond my expectations. He ordered me a wood sample and fabric sample so I could match up existing pieces in my house! He was never pushy with me to purchase. Needless to say, I purchased almost a house full from him and even found the perfect tempur-pedic for me. I will only purchase from him.
