We love our furniture!!!! My husband and I were searching for good, quality outdoor furniture. We shopped around and could not find anything that we felt was affordable for the quality. That is until we went into Palm Casual. Palm Casual has a great selection and the service is superb. Steve greeted us each time we visited and remembered us. He helped us narrow down our selection and helped us with the fabric choices. We felt like family! In the end--our furniture was delivered and my husband sent me a picture of it on our deck. I showed the my coworkers and they said,"Wow! It looks like a Better Homes and Gardens photo!". And it does! We could not be happier and will definitely recommend them for anyone looking for outdoor furniture.
Our outdoor furniture was damaged by rodents and I took the 3 cushions to Steve at Palm Casual and he had replacement cushions within a week and he replaced all four for the price of 3. Love this place and their service is outstanding!
Wonderful store all around. Nice showroom, lots of choices and styles, high quality products, capped by friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The entire purchase experience from decision, to order, to delivery is no hassle and top notch. All at a very fair and moderate price. Best of all the quality is wonderful and easy to maintain. We recently purchased a fire table to go with our furniture that looks as new as when we bought it eleven years ago. I couldn't recommend them more highly. -Scott K
Just had our new lanai furniture delivered and from the moment we walked into the Tampa showroom to the careful, courteous delivery person, it was one of the best furniture shopping experiences ever! After searching over a dozen stores from Venice to Tampa we thought it was well worth the hour drive. Steve is a very knowledgeable salesperson who clearly loves his job. We moved here from Jacksonville. The home we purchased had a pvc set of furniture on deck. From home being closed up cushions needed replacing. This store was amazing to deal with. They are family owned, take time with every customer. From dealing with Palm Casual in Jacksonville I was so glad to find the same outstanding products and service in our new area. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. Satisfied customer for 25 years.
Best experience at Palm Casual - family operated and personal, individualized service. Christa was so patient helping me sift through stacks of swatches to find the perfect mix of fabric for our cushions and pillows. We were had a (lofty) one-week timeline for a party we planned last minute. They made sure the delivery schedule was rearranged so we got our furniture in time... two hours before the party. Dominic and the delivery crew were awesome and helped set everything up perfectly. We had so many compliments.. our swivel gliders are so comfortable they’re impossible to get out of. We can’t thank Palm Casual enough for the quality of our furniture and service!!
