I have a macbook air with 128 GB solid state drive. Was asking them to transfer my data to flash drive. The girl was trying to explain that the price depends from the GB I want to transfer - OK. SHE SAID THAT IN MY 128 GB MIGHT BE 500 GB OF DATA. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? That is why she wants me to charge $300 for the transfer. Never again.
Great service and quick! I had a screen issue and walked in on a Saturday a little after 5pm and it's ready by 7pm. I worked with Jason and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the phone and issue. I would recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area. It's an easily accessible location!
Extremely impressed with Device Savers. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, they took my shattered phone and returned it to me as if it was brand new out of the box. They also repaired it for much less than my deductible cost, and saved me from using a phone insurance claim.
