I have been doing business with Buddy for along time and they have always treated very professional and I feel they treated me like family I recommend anyone to do business with them
On going saga...finally got them to agree to send me a itemized account of what I owe but they called the next day to say they would not send it to me. According to my records I have paid off the item plus extra but they say I owe over $4000. What they say is interest exceeds the Florida State law limits and that is why they will not send a bill. Be very careful with this company and read the Better Business Reviews.

There's Buddys at 8519 W. Hillsborough, then there's Buddys as a whole. Generally, Buddys is OK. But this specific location is absolutely horrible. Over the years, I've purchased a huge TV, some furniture, etc... This specific location has no service whatsoever, they lose apps, make you fill out the same paperwork 2 - 3 times, forget to schedule deliveries, dont return calls, dont answer the phone, forget who you are when you show up, etc etc etc. It's like they have no care or regard for customers or trying to rent stuff, they just dont know the 1st thing about service. If you have to use Buddys, skip this specific store and use a different one, as the people that work at this store will ruin your day. This is based on several visits over 6+ years. Consistently bad service. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 is the minimum, which they dont even deserve.
