The staff has always been courteous.
I thought my visit to best buy was great! I had very, very good customer service. Her name is Kayla, she is fantastic with her job about helping people that do not know anything about computers. She deserves a raise for what she does on her job at Best Buy!!! When I come back again I will most definitely ask for her!!! The technician was Charlie, he did a good job too, My computer is working faster now. The picture is brighter and clearer. I want to thank them both for helping me, and fixing my computer! Now I Can Watch the Young and the Restless, with out any buffering! Thanks Again, Jerome Thomas (Musician).
This location is easy to get to, access from the interstate. One of the reasons I prefer this store.

I️ would give 0 stars if it was an option. We could not return an item because they could not find our order history. I️ even said I would take store credit. All in all it was for $30. Which I️ was going to spend anyways, and went to do. Picked up a few items I️ needed and proceeded to the checkout to only stand there with no one at the registers for 10 mins. After asking a team member to call someone and waiting 5 more minutes we decided to leave. Needless to say we will not be going back to this Best Buy, or any Best Buy...

Helpful fella in cell phone area looked up what we need. Now best buy as a whole would give 3 stars as my wife ordered a pixel 2 over a month ago and they still havent shipped yet this store had the phone she ordered in stock.
Overall great customer service from Austin and the rest of the sales team during our visit. The only piece of feedback I have is that the store seemed a bit under staffed from the volume it was doing. After working in retail for 10+ years I understand that budgeting for hours is not always done at the store level, but we did have to wait on a few different occasions to get help and the geek squad line was about 15 people deep. However the customer service we did receive was great and we appreciate that from a large retailer.
