Excellent customer service here! They really helped me out with a last minute new phone purchase I needed to make and I couldn't have been happier! So friendly...love this location.
"Fishy" Selling Tactics - BE AWARE!
I went there with an iPhone 6S Plus in a perfect condition and I left the store with damaged phone and they said there is nothing they can do.... I wanted to switch my SIM card from one device to the other and the guy used a screwdriver to remove the case from my iPhone that was stuck. I understand that it was stuck but you never ever use a screwdriver on it. Period. And the manager said that there is nothing he can do. I feel so bad. People are so bad there. What if I come and scratch your phone. Now I can even sell this device for a good price . They damaged it and they don't care. THINK TWISE BEFORE YOU GO THERE
Bright, airy and fully stocked and staffed AT&T store. I've been a customer for over 20 years so I've seen more than my share. One thing to note, all stores will push you to consider Direct TV and/or U-Verse every. single. time. you go into store. If you're not up for the pitch or unwilling to endure, I'd recommend shopping online where possible
I walked in to the store already knowing what I wanted and how much it will cost me since I talked to you an ATT cust svc agent previously over the phone. (I was interested in the BOGO offer on the iPhone 8). The store manager (Nick) greeted me and had a pleasant and "detailed" conversation with him about the offer while a sales agent ("Pez") became available. (BTW, "Pez" means "fish" in Spanish... what a coincidence!) Then "Pez" was either ignorant of the offer or he was just trying to sell me more ATT services (this is where the "fishy" tactics started). I had to explain him that no other services were required for this offer and he spent at least 5 mins looking that information on his iPad. Which was weird cause the manager seemed pretty knowledgeable of the offer details during our conversation. Then when I explained him that I had a discount with ATT thru my employer, he came up with a lower rate than the one we get. Which was odd, again, because his mgr knew the exact rate. Then at the end of the transaction he gives me a total bill amount higher from the one given by the agent I previously talked to over the phone. I had to ask him for a full breakdown of the bill, when I noticed that he added the iPhone insurance for both cells to the bill without asking me first. At that point I realized what was going on and I walked out of the store. So, be careful when buying something in this ATT store. They flunk the smell test... too "fishy"!
This location is amazing! I am generally not a fan of most phone stores but this location may have changed that for me. From the moment I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted -- and it wasn't just me but every customer as well. I am truly grateful for all of the help that David was able to provide as well as a tidbit of the wealth of knowledge he possesses when it comes to current and soon to come tech. I am very grateful for this location and will certainly be back!
