I don't think it's fair or in good business that U-Pack penalizes its customers for its own lack in customer service.
U-Pack charged me a $150 cancellation fee if before they delivered the relo-cube even though they have limited hours of phone correspondence, there is no message leaving service, and no way of email or online correspondence. I tried to cancel on Sunday and no customer service was available all day. I called again on Monday at 6am and no one was available. I could not call again until this morning and the sales representative said it's too late to cancel without penalty even though there are limited hours of phone service and no available form of email or online correspondence. If I could have canceled my reservation online, or if U-Pack had a 24/7 hotline, I would not have been charged this fee.
More so, I was going to give him a handsome tip which he politely refused saying ... God takes care of all of us ...
The way he helped me to unload my stuff singlehandedly was extremely heart warming.
I spent a sleepless might worrying whom I should hire to unload my stuff ... and here he was a divine intervention.
I was very keen to provide some essential feedback about by experience specially at the time of delivery in Canada.
U-Pack is excellent. We moved from Florida to Pennsylvania and they had our items here in 3 days. The gentlemen at each end who delivered our crates and picked them up were super friendly. We will definitely use them again if we move again! So affordable as well!

The Relocube driver who brought my stacked relocube to my apartment was Prithpal Bains.
Worst ever! The trailer came and was dropped at the house. But it was. Asked so close to the garage that the ramp was so high it left little space to manauver getting funiture up into the truck. You couldn't bend over to avoid the garage overhang so it was impossible to get the funiture into the truck. I called them to pick the trailer up as I had no way to move my stuff into it They charged me150 just to come and get it. So out money and no move. Beware that they tell you exactly what to exp
Called several movers ....got a lot of 6k to 12K to move out of state. Finally heard about this company from husband's co-worker who has to moved every 2 yrs. This company is the BEST in the industry if you want to pack it and not have to drive the truck yourself. I've rented the 25' footer and save tons of money. (including hiring two yard guys to help load and two movers to unload the truck). The company's is five stars from their sales people to delivery drivers.. OUTSTANDING service! I will use U-Pack again in the near future when I have to relocate my business!
