Great customer service. Jack always was there for our organization. Helping us with size, pricing and any question regarding the unit. Unfortunately, after 2 years we no longer need the space, but Jack is making our transition to leave go smoothly. If we ever need a storage unit again we will go back.
This place is one of the best storage facilities in the area. It is well managed and maintained. Jack and his team are super nice and courteous. He explains things clearly and is happy to answer questions. I felt like my things were protected with the security and cleanliness. I had items in here for almost 2 years and they still looked spanking new. People actually complimented how nice my storage place is! It is never crowded, plenty of parking, and easy 5 minute to the airport. Perfect to keep things especially if you live in another state.
Great initial experience. Jack was very helpful and informative about the entire process. The storage areas look well maintained. I'll be moving my stuff in this Saturday and am sure the good experience should continue!
First time writing a review, staff was beyond helpful. I had an issue that would have ruined my day, jack went far above and beyond what was necessary of him to accommodate. Facilitaties were clean and I’d highly recommend this business.
