Moved with them Saturday. Quoted $530 for move.
Easily the worst moving experience I've had. The operations and scheduling staff disregarded any planning conversations we had concerning the easy one hour move. They initially sent a move team 2 hours early (before our truck had arrived), then told me that they would be back just about 30 minutes later than our scheduled time. The move team experienced a major set back, which the operations staff proceeded to LIE about telling me they would be at my home max an hour late. Upon calling the movers, I was informed that they would need at least 3 hours to get to me. Being on a strict time schedule, this wouldn't work at all for my move four hours south. After making multiple calls to the operations and home office, with their attempts to "fix" things falling dramatically short, we finally had movers come to our home, THREE HOURS LATE. Not only were they late, but another move team showed up AFTER them, speaking to the complete disorganization of this company. The movers were great, very efficient and respectful. They did an awesome job. However, the management and the operations of this company are a complete mess. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR MOVE.

The long of it: We hired them to move us from one home to another 15 miles away. The estimator, Lynda, came out as scheduled and was very thorough in her estimate and in providing all the information as to what to expect and how to prepare. Daniel called me the day before the move to verify the address and the time the crew would arrive. Michael and his team arrived on time and got right to work. We hired them to pack and move our entire home except for the garage and laundry room (which we did ourselves). Everything was packed and transported safely and efficiently. They labeled the boxes well and set up all items they had broken down (beds, etc.). They took a lot of the stress out of our move and made it so easy to review and accept our estimate and coordinate the details. I would highly recommend Brothers EZ; they were worth every dime we spent.
2. Movers left huge white scrape across master bedroom hardwood floor.
The short of it: Excellent communication, on time, efficient, competitive pricing, everything was handled with care and professionalism.
Cons: The movers went an hour and 15 minutes over what I was quoted, not to their fault, but whoever quoted me. I'm not sure how they could have got it done any faster. But I was left having to fork over an additional $200 more than what I thought I'd be paying. Also, they forgot to mention that they charge an extra 4% if you want to pay with debit or credit, so I was left scrambling last minute to gather $400 in cash! Upon accepting my quote, management told me I could expect to hear from them about a week out with the time range they'd be coming. One day ahead of time and I hadn't heard anything, so I had to call them up myself. The last minute planning made things a bit chaotic with my work schedule. Overall, the details made things a little chaotic and stressful. In the end, everything made it to my new place in tact. However isn't the point of hiring movers to make for an easy and stress-free move?
Pros: The movers were friendly and not scary. The truck was big, and they showed up in the time range I was given. They worked as quickly as they could. They wrap all furniture thoroughly and did not damage anything.
3. Amazon Fire TV miraculously disappeared during move. (We were using it before they arrived.)

My family and I recently bought a house and moved out of our 2nd story apartment. From the get go they messaged my wife and were very friendly. On the day of the move we were met by Gary and his team (Dwayne, DJ, and Roach) and they could not have been nicer and more efficient. They were able to pack up everything we wanted them too, deliver it, and reassemble things in under 5 hours. I wish I could give them more stars.
