In July, we moved within our same location from one unit to another. Despite that sounding simply, it was no easy feat, moving from a 2nd floor to a 4th floor a few buildings away. We were blessed to have Kyle, Brandon and then a later assist from Andre to unload the truck. They were polite and hard working! They had some challenges with getting some furniture up a spiral staircase, but we teamed together and got it done.
My only critical feedback would be for the scheduling department that sets up these guys for failure. While I had the first scheduled move, they had 2 others for the SAME DAY. My job was quoted as 4.5 hours, which there was no way that would happen. They seemed to get blamed but I am here to say that it is NOT the labors' fault, but that of the scheduling. I would highly suggest that jobs be seen prior to the move in order to adequately provide quotes and scheduling more effectively.
We used the service in Connecticut and The excellent service started with the phone call I made for an estimate. I Priced around and they had the best prices and only a 2 hour minimum. Kendall came for the estimate and was great right off the bat telling us they could do the job in 2-3 hours with 2 guys- another company wanted to send 3 guys and have us pay up front for 6 hours!!!!! Zac and Kevin were our movers and they called ahead and arrived on time. They were super professional, friendly, helpful, efficient, fast, careful- really can't recommend them and this company enough. We would absolutely recommend and use this service again. Thank you so much!!
