I have been to so many doctors due to a knee issue. Dr. Kervin is by far my favorite. She's direct, she gets right to the heart of the issue, and she actually cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
On my first the doctor, Dr. Doctor, did not even do an evaluation. They sent me to take blood but did not tell me ahead of time I would be receiving a bill because my insurance did not cover a portion of the blood test. Now that bill is in collections, has reported to my credit and i get letters about it in the mail. Then on another occasion while the doctor was on vacation out of the country, the staff would not refill my prescription without making an appointment to see the doctor, who was again out of the country on vacation. This is a medication that i MUST take every day for my auto-immune disease , anxiety and depression. Now I've been 2 weeks without my meds, my pain is severe and they refused to help unless I came in and paid a co-pay in order for them to fill my prescription. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN YOUR HEALTH.
I've recently started see Dr. Doctor. She is very professional and willing to help. Also, easy to make appointments with. Very happy so far.
Terrible doctor and terrible practice. She seems to listen during the first visit but then you find that she wants you to show up every month for no reason whatsoever to "follow up", in the meantime canceling frequently at the last minute, completely messing up your work schedule. Furthermore when you DO need to see her there is never available time, the appointment is canceled etc. The staff does not seem to relay messages, and they are generally rude. Trying to get medical release forms, prescriptions refilled, referrals is an obstacle course, and the portal messages might as well be put in a bottle and let to drift off at sea for better chances of being responded to by a medical professional. Changing primary care physicians immediately. This has been going on for almost a year now
