This Dr. came highly recommended. I am on disability for a spine and disc injury. Drove 45 minutes to his office. 3 hours later, sitting in my bra and paper underpants, still not seen by the Surgeon or his assistant. Got dressed to leave, and asked for my MRI disc back. They searched and never found it. Then had the nerve to say I never brought it in the first place. Of course I did. That's why I was there. Left, told front desk, never returning. Had to send a memo telling them to be sure not to bill my insurance co. for a doctor consult that never transpired.
Dr Cronen is not rude or uncaring. He is very serious and professional. He gives you all the facts and let's you make your own decision. He does not try to push surgery on you. His PA Josh is awesome and very thorough when getting all the information from you on what is going on. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful!
You'll NEVER catch me going to that specific Clinic ever again !
Save yourself the money and time because this guy is the biggest JERK ever and from what my husband and I could tell, his ego is through the roof and if I was you I would run for the hills and I would never, ever, ever go to this doctor or this clinic for this guy - ever - EVER !

I went to his office because I have herniated and bulging disc's in my neck - The jerk came up to me, didn't even tell me what it was about to do and grabbed my head and neck and jerked it back to the point where I was screaming and in such pain that I screamed and told him to let go and he didn't - I did my best to keep my composure but when we walked out of there, I was crying uncontrollably all the way home and I was on the verge of calling the police and filing a police report for assalt !!!
I have gone to three other neurologist besides this guy and NOT ONE OF THEM has grabbed my neck and head the same way he had and assaulted me like this !

Excellent Doctor. He did exactly what he said he would do and I have been pain free for two years. Also really like his PA, Josh. I feel as comfortable with him as I do Dr. Cronan. Should I need additional neck or back surgery in the future I will definitely go back to Dr. Cronan .
Unless you want to be assaulted when you are in excruciating pain, I HIGHLY suggest you go to another doctor and neurologist because this guys nothing but a CRACKPOT and a piece of SH** and to me it looked like he was drumming up his own business by making my neck worse !
I will put this guy and this specific clinic on blast till the end of my days !!!

Microdisectomy to repair a ruptured disc in Aug. 2013. Staff was very professional, Doc listened to me and made me feel I was his only priority, and the appointment never felt rushed. Excellent care, outcome, and service. I also was seen by PA Josh at different times in thee process and felt he was highly competent as well. I would never consider another Doc given my comfort level with Doc Cronen and his staff, to the point that I had his associate Doc Ratterman do my hip resurfacing in March of 2016 with the same level of care.
