The most contentious part of the experience was the signing of the "Nasal Scope" procedure up front (prior to the exam) - At the end of the exam, I had no idea if I had been scoped - Dr. No Singer was so horrible, she didn't bother to explain what she was doing, while she rushed through the exam, launching questions at a rapid fire pace..... (Recommendation - Don't sign this document up front - $269 lesson) Ask Questions. Also be mindful of the office staff as well, they're great up until the time you start asking questions about "$269 for what? I don't know if I was scoped" - Then they break into the cynical routine . Especially look out for Vanessa; when I tried to share my experience, she did not seem concerned - It was as if this happens all the time, so she could not be bothered.
My primary care physician treated the symptoms but was unable to diagnose the cause.
Bottom line - this entire episode could have been avoided if Dr. No Singer would have just been somewhat personable, pretended to listen, and explained herself while treating me like a person, rather than a number.
I visited this So called Dr by accident, i was in so much pain due to ear infection and didn't know there more than one Dr. in the clinic I called For Dr Agnello and did not know i was schedules with her. She was inhumane like a robot or i don't know how to describe her, she spent 15 minutes with me 10 of them her on the laptop typing, she did not like the idea that i don't have insurance ( even though I paid $ 250 up front ) for the 5 minutes she spent with me, she didn't like that i asked questions, she was in such a rush to get over with me so unprofessional, and gave me a prescription for antibiotic, and that was it, she did not even say hi or smile or anything a normal DR. will do, so rude, and judgmental, this was my worse Dr. Experience ever. I'm Putting one Star even though she deserves non Zero nothing.
First off, let me premise this review by stating that I work in the Medical Field and deal with patients myself. Dr. No singer was cold and robotic and did not listen to anything I had to say. Appointment felt rushed and she did not explain anything she was doing during the exam. Her go to seems to be "Allergy Testing" - You're almost guaranteed she will recommend this.
She listens! Love her!
