Waiting time was minimum. Amy is a great nurse practitioner. I love it all in general. My insurance customer service is confusing and they helped me to clarify that a lot of the basics, like a PAP, etc is included in my policy.
Sydey is great but good luck getting through on the phone. Great if you can plan your illnesses, otherwise, very bad customer service.
Came in for a physical with no health ailments. They coded it as diagnostic for no reason whatsoever which made it so I had to pay out of pocket instead of insurance covering it. They said it was because they "don't do physicals on the first visit". Long wait times. Completed nothing. Wasted two hours of my life and $300. Avoid at all costs.

I have been going here for 5 years. I started with Dr. Quadri, then she moved out of the Country. I started seeing Dr. Reed. Dr. Reed is an excellent Doctor, she truly cares about you as a Patient. She also, works hard on helping you to get Healthy. She has gone out of her way to help me. She's amazing. Thanks, Dr. Reed. The staff is always polite,and helpful. Thanks to a great group of People. I miss you all. I just moved up North to Minnesota. Thanks for all you did for me. TRACY
Love Pinnacle Health Group and readily recommend it. I have been 4 times over the past year and have worked with 3 different Nurse Practitioners. All have been amazing and I will continue to go to Pinnacle as long as I live in Tampa. Everyone in the office made me feel like an individual, spent time listening to what I had to say, and figuring out the best avenue of care for me. I never felt like I was being rushed. I did have to wait a bit past my appointment time on the first 2 appointments, but nothing substantial.
