Had to return to get my windshield cleaned again. Water still dripping by trunk and side mirrors making hard water marks on doors. 3rd time I've used them in about 4 months and regardless of how much I pay it's the same. Not all workers are the same, most seemed to want to rush through only a few take their time and ask questions... I had the monthly payment plan but my car was getting hard water spots on roof. Had to wax it off by hand. I only take it in when I'm in a rush and need it washed fast.
The service and attention to detail has decreased dramatically over the past few months. Was there over the weekend and paid for the Platinum service and they did not clean the interior of the car as they were supposed to. I ask to speak to a manager and was told they were too busy. I will not go back.
Good value for the money and the hours work for my busy schedule. I appreciate the vacuum stalls included with the wash. 10 mins in and out and my car looks great.

Good service but out of the many times I've been there it depends on who is cleaning your car. Attention to detail.
