A solid service for the price when doing the car wash (they also do oil changes here). We bring both of our cars here. Definitely not a detailing car wash, but perfect for maintenance and getting it sparkling again.
I do not leave many Google reviews but I was so dissatisfied with A Plus Car Wash ... here I am. I used them for the first time this week, it was convenient to see they also offered oil change as well as top off fluids and tire pressure. I have boxers, the dried drool spots are something you come to live with as one of their enduring qualities. When my SUV pulled around and I was waived out the first thing I noticed when I opened the door were the filthy door jambs, then noticed the center console was untouched (coffee spots, general dust, etc.) I told the guy the job was unfinished to please wipe down the door jambs and clean the interior. He did a quick dry wipe and moved onto another car. I looked at the back seats and they too were untouched... I spent 10 minutes parked in their spot with my own cleaning products and finished cleaning my own SUV. It was pretty bad... I think the only thing they did was run it through the wash and vacuum. Oh, and as I was pulling off I noticed the 'low tire indicator' light .. they did not put air in the tires, I had to pull around, go back inside and then drive my own car through their oil change bay (I've never seen an oil change place let a customer drive their car through an oil change bay). The guy put 43 lbs of pressure in tires rated for 36 lbs. so I pulled out and let a little pressure out (I was on my way to Orlando for a business trip and wanted the proper pressure for interstate travel). The cost was 52$. I will not go back. That said the girl who seemed to run the place was very nice.
Quick and efficient cleaning service. The price was reasonable and they also accommodated my custom request for cleaning a specific spot on the car.
I came here for the first time to get my car washed. After I was told my car was finished I walk out to my car to find it still really dirty in spots. Unhappy with the job I asked the owner/manager about it and he could care less. He basically told me that they couldn't clean everywhere if the car was too dirty on the outside. I have a white car so yes it was dirty but it did not have extreme dirt by any means, not mud, bugs etc... just your normal dirt that happens. I could literally run my finger through the dirt that was left on the trunk. He told me it was a hard to reach place. So I asked him well do you just run it through a car wash or do you actually wash it? He said they run it through and use a brush. So again I asked him why the trunk was still so dirty all around the license plate, on the hinge, the logo etc... he basically ignored me and said it wasn't reached by the wash. So I said okay well why then is the hood of my car still so dirty? That's not a hard to reach place. He then told me that it was stuff from the trees and it would never come off. I told him I was unhappy with the wash I received when I paid $10. If I wanted a bad car wash I would have driven it through a car wash myself for half that price. He then finally got a rag and made a half-effort to wipe clean the hood. Which by the way those spots came right off despite him telling me it would never come off. He left the back dirty and the other half of the hood dirty too and said there you go. I left disgusted at the job that was done and the attitude of the owner... horrible customer service. That was my first and last time there. I will be telling all of my friends about it too.
1st Time. In and out quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Good wash. No complaints here.
