THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!
Brought my car here for a wash last week and one of the workers scratched the computer console screen while they were wiping down the interior. The manager tried denying the damage occurred there and finally gave me the owner's phone number. I tried calling the owner several times but he has not returned my calls. Avoid this place, their careless employees and their unscrupulous management.
They do a great job, only reason not 5 stars is that the wait is usually a bit of an issue in the afternoons.
I been going to this car wash for couple years and I only had small issues here and there but It's close to my work place so I put up with it. Today was the last straw. I dropped off the car and went inside and a few minutes later I remember that I forgot to tell them not to use shine on my tires since I live on a dirt road. I went outside and told the girls couple times not to use car shine and I keep saying no shine, no shine pointing at a wheels since I had a feeling they didn't know English that well after trying to communicate with them but they nodded back to me like they acknowledged what I requested. Later on, I get into my car and drive back to work only to notice the shine as soon as I get out my car!! I called them back and talk to a manager and he told me that the women I talked to don't speak English. I said to him that they could of said something and not nod and acknowledge that they understood my request!! Unbelievable! I wont be going back to them
Don't let some angry customers prevent you from going to this awesome car wash. They do the best job in Tampa and I have never had any problems. I've seen Tampa Bay Buccaneers players get there expensive cars washed here do you know it for a to be good. I would recommend this car wash to everyone I know.
No cars in line. Took way too long. The interior wipe down was horrible. Finger prints still on rear view mirror and media touch screens. They pressure washed my car before sending it through the machine. Not sure if that was for Extra cleaning or if because their car wash system is no good. Needless to say, the price was not worth $20. I would have paid $30 if the job would have been better. I used to wash cars and it does not take much more
