This business deserves 10 STARS! and I'm never overly generous with rating. This small local company goes above and beyond to provide 1st class service at the most affordable rates in town. My car looks brand new ! Especially since they were able to get off white paint from a sign that I backed into. Awesome job. Saved me from having to turn in a claim and pay $500 deductible. Thank You for your honest hard work. I'm a customer for life!
Such a great establishment. The whole crew is friendly and helpful. I got here every few months for my oil change and wash, they have great deals on the website and always do a good job. Note there are slower and faster times of the day. So if you are in a rush- I suggest going in the morning when nobody else is there... I usually take my lunch break to drop my car and walk over to Sake house and it's ready by the time i'm back over.
This is a great place with kind workers, and it's constantly busy but worth the wait. I usually take my car here for oil changes, but an emergency occurred with a few parts in my car this morning so I pulled in for maintenance. Orlando, one of the mechanics, is absolutely fantastic. Something I really appreciated was that I never felt that I was being taken advantage of, as some car places have tried to fool me before, but I felt very confident in Orlando to fix what ended up being a bigger issue than I thought. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis and kept in touch with me notifying me what the issue actually was after he'd done some work and got to see the parts. I know this place is mainly a car wash/oil change place and it is fantastic for those reasons as well- great prices (and USF discount) for an oil change, wash and thorough vacuuming inside! Highly recommend, but bring something to do while you wait.
This has to be the slowest car wash I have ever taken my car to. It took them an hour an 20 minutes to clean my car today. All was having done was a basic car wash. I thought I'd be able to stop by during my lunch break and have it quickly cleaned and be back to work. That did not turn out to be the case. I don't recommend this car-wash.
This is what happened to me so I asked to speak to the manager and he politely told me the same thing...me thinking he would say something like, I will do it as a one time courtesy. I literally had to fight for that rain check and we take ours cars there ALL THE TIME...but NEVER AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!
