The guys there were really good and organized. The staff were very good and welcoming. One of things that I like about the place is the time saving. They will clean your car in a very short time. Also, the waiting area is cool.
I would post zero stars if it would allow me to. I paid for a full bumper to bumper detail service. What I received was two seats that were never touched and still had stains and floor mats that were submerged in water and placed in my trunk without the water being vacuumed off. The antenna on my car was broken off. Management was quick to point out the damage that occurred in the car wash is not their responsibility. He blamed it on faulty engineering from the car manufacturer. He said depending on the customer that some customers are OK with their car being damaged. So after spending $160 on a full detail I received a damaged car and an interior that was not complete. I would encourage you to find a different place to spend your money. Luckily I used a credit card to purchase the detail. Needless to say, I will be disputing that charge.

For some reason they charge extra $$ to clean your doors when you pay for a so called "Full Detail". Then they take your car and leave it sitting on the side of the building until they feel like wiping it down. (1.5 hours) They finally got to my car, and a bunch of immigrants (who take American jobs) wiped my car down with a bunch of dirty rags smearing stuff all over my windows. This place is an absolute joke, and should do the customers a favor by doing the job right. Another American owner selling America out for cheap foreign labor. Won't be returning.

After requesting a refund for the $27 wash and detail I paid for management requested to review car. This was due to the fact center console still had stains that had not been wiped down, door jams were not cleaned well and the vacuum job was half asked. I did not have time to wait to have these issues fixed that should've been initially. I was told by the manager that "It's like ordering a cheeseburger and expecting a steak". He wanted to review what my expectations were and that they were not in line with the service I paid for. Do not go to this car wash, save yourself the headache and do it yourself.
