I prefer Enterprise myself. However company pays for the rentals at Hertz. Not horrible if you want mediocre everything.
The free pick-up service is good, but they came in late of more than 1 hour for two times: I will never ask for this service anymore. Plan to reach this place in advance, as they take a very long time to serve you and provide the rented car. Indeed, we waited almost 40 minutes.
I had a couple rentals from this place over the course of a month while my car was in the shop. The staff here really held it together in spite of how busy this particular location is. The only issue I had was a charge that was delayed by about a month. It was a relatively large amount that caught me and my bank account off guard. I would have liked them to call me to give me a heads up for the delayed charge but I also should have been paying closer attention to my own account. All things considered, one of the better experiences I've had with a rental place. I would definitely go through them again rather than the other guys.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I received from any company.
Alex is the worst manager in Hertz history and need to be fired on the spot along with the entire incompetent staff!!! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere because the cons outweigh the pro's. I'm very disappointed at the distasteful service I received, I left my belongings in a vehicle and have been fighting for over a week to get them.
Solid rental company and they will pick you up. Much better than Enterprise rental.
