Truly an exceptional business and team running it. Without a doubt, the best repair service I have ever received in my life. ST Bicycles delivered superb repairs at excellent rates and did so with a caliber of customer service I almost never experience on a day-to-day basis. This business combines high-skill repairs, clear and honest pricing, and charitable attention to the customer, resulting in an outstanding experience.
I went in Saturday with a broken Rear QR Axle with an expectation the cost to repair would be around 100. The quote came in around 35-45. I also expected to have to come back in about 5 days to pick up my repaired bike. The actual cost just under 40 and repaired same day. PLUS, he replaced my rear brake pads included in the 40 cost. Thank you. Much better experience than Performance Bike.
Wow, they are fantastic people. I went in for a tune up, they were booked up. They were nice enough to work me in while I waited.. They tuned it up and fitted the bike to me. It is so comfortable to ride now. Wow thanks guys!
