I have to say that they all made this exciting from start to finish and are all a part of this bike to me. The team at Oliver’s loves and takes pride in what they do. They don’t treat you like a customer......they treat you like you’re their “only” customer and more important....like family. Thanks guys.....you are the best and making me feel like a part of your family. I love my bike.
Was looking to replace my old walmart mountain bike with a proper one for hitting the trails. Stopped by just to look and was so impressed with both the customer service provided and the prices. These guys know their stuff. I wanted to leave with a bike right then and there but turns out the one I wanted wasnt the right size, they bumped me up to 29's (at no additional cost) and it felt great. I had the bike ordered and went to pick it up a few days later at 6:30... turns out it wasnt built yet, BUT the guy behind the counter told me just to sit tight and hell have me ready to go in a few (they close at 7). Got my new ride and couldnt be happier! Getting into any type of biking, this is the place to go!
Just want to say thank you to everyone, Sarah, Jonathan and Bruce at Oliver’s helping me with the bike of my dream....from the ordering to the final build to delivery. A special thanks to Randy for doing an amazing fit (there’s no one better than him) and spec-ing the the perfect bike out for me.
Staff is fantastic. From first contact with Randy to final sale was a great experience. They know their stuff. No high pressure sales and their recommendations were spot on.

The best bike shop in the Tampa Bay area! I recently purchased a bike and a rare issue arose. The problem was taken care of quickly and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. I'll be buying bikes for my wife and two sons before moving to Colorado and there's no other place I would go to purchase a bike or have my current one serviced. I pity the fool that shops elsewhere!
I walked into the shop 10 minutes before closing time to pick up some tire sealant after experiencing flats on back to back rides. The guys at the shop not only took the time to talk to me about the flats they said they would take a look at it. 30 minutes later after discovering a torn tire bead I left with a new leak free rear tire and a smile on my face. Thanks for the great customer service and staying late to fix my bike. Much appreciated!!!
