Where do I start? My first interaction with Flying Fish was when I was looking for a bike for my mom for her birthday and I had no idea what I wanted. Mind you, I was on the phone, calling them, asking a million questions, because, why not? The first person I spoke with was Tang and next Sarah. BOTH ARE AWESOME! The fact that they did not hint at being irritated with me, at all, through my million questions, was fantastic! I eventually, when time permitted, went in to the store and found exactly what I was looking for with Sarah's help. They even switched out the seat clamp to a quick release for me and got my dad and I situated with this glorious gift for my mom. Their patience and kindness speaks volumes! I am so appreciative and grateful for their assistance and answering my questions, and dealing with me, being a bit extra and all. So thank you to Flying Fish Bikes for making the story of a Bike on a Plane come true. I will be forever grateful!

I took my bike in for service and to add a few options to it. This was around 11 am on a Saturday. Knowing this was a busy time, I expected it to take 4 to 5 hours but they called within 2 hours and all work was complete. When I picked up the bike, it had been cleaned and rode great. I highly recommend this place.
I went in Flying Fish a few weeks ago with a friends bike that I really liked. A basic men's "Giant brand bicycle" nothing fancy. I asked the sales guy if they had anything like the bike I wanted. He showed me one bicycle similar to the I wanted but it was a medium and it was last years model. I asked if he had anything else my size. His reply was no sorry and he let me walk out the door. I ended up buying the perfect bike for me at Dick's
