I went in on a Sat to buy new shoes, but the pair I wanted was not in stock. Because I really liked them, I decided to wait and have a pair shipped to me. Last Sat the shoes arrived in a beat up box, and to my dismay they were the wrong pair. I kindly took them back and got a refund. The woman offered to order the right shoes - but at the expense of waiting another week for the wrong pair, I checked out. This was my punishment for straying from DSW.
