Horrible customer service! I was looking at clothes for 30 minutes, no one greeted me, asked if I needed help, or said Hi. They didn't speak to any of the other customers that entered the store either!!!! I suggest retraining the entire staff of fire them all!!! If they do not enjoy working with people they should find a different job!
I'm all for helping families get and keep jobs but they could not do their job properly. Most likely my first and last time here.
I had the WORST experience with Papaya I will never go there again. I went to Citrus Park and dealt with the store manager whom was extremely disrespectful and should be replaced immediately she gave me the wrong numbers and names of corporate, herself and the employee. She refused to return a sale that was sold to me with a hole in it while I was purchasing $100 worth of items, I promptly called corporate and they were incompetent in handling this matter as they LOST my complaint. Eventually I was contacted by a district representative who also declined my sale in favor of the manager. They have no sense of business perhaps because they have no experience but they could have returned the $8 and I would have bought $100 worth items and returned to the store to buy more but now I am NEVER GOING BACK. TRAVEL TO FOREVER 21 THEY HAVE NICER ITEMS FOR CHEAPER AND WILL TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT.
Yesterday was looking for a dresses for my daughter and it was my first day in this Papaya localization and the manager it was the first person that said good morning and if you need anything? I'm here to helping you .She found the perfect dress for my daughter nice place to shop. Great customer services!!!
I had began to check out and had asked if they had a military discount, the lady obviously didn't speak English and processed to swipe my military ID as if it were a credit card, then fussed at me for it not working. Once I took the card away and gave her my debit card I noticed a strap on a piece I wanted (last one left of course) was broken. No problem. I called a higher ranking store associate over to help and SHE didn't know English.
