The employees treat customers with disrespect when someone is waiting next to the fitting room when someone is trying something on the one employee was rude by saying not to be there which she said it in a mean tone and also by standing there isn't hurting no one. But they allow little children scream and run in the store and that's okay doesn't make sense. They only cater to there kind of people which cuban music plays in this store and plus the store is filled with junk. Don't recommend the hassle of getting yelled at by a employee when your doing nothing wrong.
If I could give -5 stars, I would. The worst customer service. Both employees said not a word until I had to chase one down to pay for my items, and the only words that were said was my total. I was one of two customers, so it’s not like they were busy. With all the bad reviews, you’d think the management would tighten up and hire people that doesn’t make it seem like customers are bothering them just by being in the store.
Make sure that if you ever buy anything from this store you don't plan on returning it. They like to pick and choose what they return and say "Oh its policy we can't return this" Even when there is nothing posted on the walls or on tags or anything. The receipt even said to return within 7 days for a full refund. It was only three days since the clothing was bought from the store.
So here we are with visit number 2 just to try and give the place a second chance.

I walk into the store ( i had a bag from the Health store next door in hand) a lady up front said I need to see your bag. So somewhat already annoyed I walked up and showed her the bag and she starts grabbing it and hands me a slip saying now i have to take your bag you can get it when you leave. I asked why she said store policy so i just said no and walked out. . (there were to women in there with purses) So in short don't go to this store it's shady and they like to just make up policies that don't exist. So be careful reader.
I did not like the way my sister and I were treated here. Followed us everywhere we go. At first it didn't bother me, they have a job to do. However, when you are the ONLY black customers in the store, and there is more than your race in the store, it is very disappointing. I mean every two seconds. Need to say I will NOT ever return here. Not to mention-- they are not friendly, and don't speak when spoken to.
