It has been a good experience for me in Tabla. I would say decent ambience with very good food and price is reasonable. Service was also good. I would definetely recommend this place.
Portion sizes for our two entrees were vastly different. Being a diabetic athlete I have to weigh my food. The chicken 65 weighed in just over 9oz which equated to almost 300 grams; which is closer to 10oz actually. The chicken tikka masala weighed in just under 5oz or 150 grams exactly. Which means we paid the same for both entrees and received half the food for one. The naans were both stale and obviously not fresh. Quality control is non-existent here evidently.
Really deserves the 5 stars.
Food is good, but he keeps charging different prices for the same item every week if you order pick up. He charges $9.99, $10.99 or $11.99 based on his mood. If we ask why are you charging different(more) price than the online menu, he says the menu is old and we forgot to update it. This has been going on for past 4-6 months. Be sure to ask the total if you're ordering the pick up
Delicious buffet. Not watered down for the buffet. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone. I've eaten there for dinner twice. One of the two best Indian restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.
Food taste really delicious specially batter chicken, chili chicken and Dosa. Authentic Indian atmosphere. Very clean customer service excellent also very affordable prizes we paid only $30 for two people all you can eat plus we order Dosa plate from the menu "Ala Carter".
