It's a Chipotle. Decent chow. This one isn't as busy as some. I rarely have to wait in line.
Clean, quick in and out, consistent, and several of the staff are very customer service-oriented.
We love Chipotle because the food is usually great, and there's always options for the entire family! But a couple nights ago we visited rather late, and not to fault the employees, but you could tell there was not enough employees for the amount of people in line. They were out of certain items, and the cooks were rushing just to add rice to the front line. Once we ordered and took the food home, the majority of the meat was dried out and not very edible. Note to self, late nights are probably not the best time to visit this location due to crowds and overworked employees.
The parking situation can be a mess here.
The manager (i believe Maria) is the sweetest and best! Food great, staff great!
I love Chipotle but this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. My chief complaint is that they really short-pour here compared to other locations. I used to go here practically every day but then about 3.5 years ago, things changed. Maybe it's to take advantage of the night crowd? Either way, there are better chains to go in Soho, imo, like the Pita Pit across the street. If you're set on Chipotle and have a car/time, I highly recommend the one on Dale Mabry and 275. I go there regularly (at least once a week) and I rarely get short-poured (maybe 1/10 times). An added bonus is that the line isn't too bad usually.
