Lady who answered the phone really early in the morning was really rude when I was ALREADY extremely unsettled and in an uncomfortable position. I'm already on the verge of tears, the last thing I need is the person who is supposed to be helping me giving me attitude and talking down to me; That's absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and unnecessary.
