Customer service was good, fingerprinting service not so good. Got mine rejected twice by state police. They just watch you as you do your own fingerprinting, so its no surprise it got rejected. Pay the $20 and have tampa police forensics do it.
Delivered brownies as a "thank you" to the officers for working on Labor day and my children, wife, and I were met with a unappreciative response from behind the glass. Common courtesy would have been to come out and talk to the kids, maybe show them around...
