I am coming down to Tampa for the winter I was going to visit this store , but after reading all the reviews I think I will save my gas, if this is franchise they better have a employees training have to be on sales.
This location is very stingy about returns and exchange. Don’t go here.
Customer service is not about making money it is about making the customer happy since so kindly taking their time to go the store to spend money and give your dumb asses commission.
As a former Pandora employee and costumer for years. THIS LOCATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Have never experienced this type of awful humiliating experience with some terrible employees with NO SMILE ON THEIR FACE NO KINDNESS FOR THEIR COSTUMERS, as long as you’re buying then that is a token of receiving respect
Terrible experience. I brought some charms and a bracelet here to exchange for different size/styles, the lady that helped me and the one greeting customers when they come in was giving each other a weird look. I asked her to take out a couple of charms I like and took time to pick very carefully because all the high-quality looking charms are about $65-$85 but they was mocking behind my back for taking forever and making them wait. Do you guys expect me to spend hundred of dollars of my hard earned money and do it chop-chop then regret when I get home? I have a big big love for Pandora but this seriously disappoints me too much, makes me think about ever coming back here spending my money to be disrespected. Even the cashier she looks like she's the manager of the store acted like this is how I should be treated for taking too long on an exchange. Just because I don't talk about it doesn't mean I don't know it, doing it behind my back doesn't mean I don't notice. You guys are lucky I didn't write your names down because I don't even want to think about it or remember it or you will find it any where I can write a review for this store.
No one should ever buy anything from this store and I️ hope they shut down. In all honesty after reading the comments here I️ have to be another witness and say that their employees were mocking, mean, arrogant and unfriendly people. It must be how they are taught to work.
Awesome!I am new to Pandora as i received a bracelet as a gift. I went to the store to exchange the bracelet size and to purchase charms. Cierra was so helpful and she took the time to answer every question. The entire staff was great and I am now their customer To top it off, I was there on Black Friday and they still took the time to help with me patience and kindness and competence. Thank you .
Very rude employees, drove an hour to exchange a ring only to be lied to and told we can’t exchange at their location. I recommend the Pandora at Citrus Park Mall, they were very helpful and did not lie about being able to exchange products.
Came in the store asking for a trade or exchange of the Eiffel Tower that had bend very bad (under 1 year) the assistant manager said it was simply not their fault (it’s called not a manufacturer defect) WHY WOULD SOMEONE PURPOSELY RUIN THEIR JEWELRY? So they can face unfair treatment. Yes it is a manufacture defect. I️ had no receipt but did have the word of vouch from my previous store manager who was willing to call/speak to them. This store did not try to help me in any way but sent me off on my way completely dissatisfied and unhappy. With four employees on the floor NONE OF THEM ASSISTED ME. They do not represent Pandora Jewelry properly at all.
