I would definitely recommend their services! I sold my engagement ring yesterday and the process was fast and stress-free. Kevin and Mabel were super helpful and honest and gave me a fair value for the vintage diamond.
Ordered a david Yurman bracelet. It was never received. Seller wouldn’t help me in any way. Seller didn’t even insure the expensive bracelet. Sends it usps l, who drops packages on doorsteps at 11am in major cities. Of course when I return from work 7pm nothing is there. Seller claims to have use me signature tracking but I never signed for any package and the signature I downloaded from usps shows a “straight line.” No letters. The fault loes wirh this company for using an insecure shipping method on high value item but seller didn’t care one single bit. As long as eBay’s low standards are met, customer can do nothing. This seller sells on Ebay, low level auction house. Never buy again here. Just jerks.
