Last night I went in to pick up a watch that I dropped off for repair on July 1st. When dropping off the watch, I used ApplePay, as they just activated it. With their lack of knowledge of the system, I was initially harassed about the $25 charge even knowing that I was leaving a watch worth well over $25 that I would have to pick up later. After a few weeks I was told the price of the repair, agreed to it and was told the watch should be in sometime in October.
BUYER BEWARE. I bought a watch and it broke on me within 3 months of owning it. Sent it out only to be told that an internal component broke and that I had to pay to repair it. This was after waiting 2 MONTHS to find out. Was repeatedly lied to about time frame and what was going on. Found out that the company had downsized and laid off a bunch of employees and consolidated to Miami for ALL REPAIRS. Went into the store multiple occasions and had them call on the watch. Was told by other people in the store they were also having issues with theirs and was informed by a few employees that they were having a major issue getting into contact with the person in charge of repairs. Found out this person was receiving so many repairs phone calls for not doing their job that they actually HIRED A PERSON TO ANSWER IRRATATED CUSTOMER PHONE CALLS. That is crazy. When you have to hire someone just to answer angry calls because of the amount of defects. After calling for months on end to no end all documented by the way. I threated to call corporate directly and magically my watch came back in a week. I wasn't offered anything after all this insult except the same promotion that everyone else received. A month later my watch is messed up again failing to keep accurate time. I have old Fossil watches that are still going strong compared to this overpriced GARBAGE paper weight on my table at home. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and I will personally tell everyone I meet of how profoundly awful their products are every time I see one. ALSO on a side note the district manager Rick I believe needs to be FIRED for NEGLIGENCE and laziness for hiring someone to just overt the attention away from himself because he is able to his job.
Truly disappointed and I would advise going to another location if you want a good experience with those that represent such a quality brand.
I bought a watch from Invicta, and a month later water appear from Nowhere. I did not wet it nor got in the water with it, even though it says it’s WATER RESISTANT!! The issue was that I took it back to them and they told me I had to pay in order for them to fix it!! This is ridiculous ! Please don’t buy their cheap watches because they won’t even give you warranty!!! Please see the picture of my watch!
LAZY AND INCOMPOTENT. I sent my watch in to get repaired in April it is now August and I still haven't received my watch back. I have called and emailed them multiple times. There should be a ZERO star rating for this incompetence. I could have taken my watch to a repair shop and had it back in 48 hours. But I brought it back here because it's under warranty like an idiot.
This goes for every Invicta Store, compare prices online before you ever shop in one. I've never seen such a high markup. I purchased a brand new watch for around 350 dollars online from an Invicta supplier, with warranty and everything you would normally get from Invicta, and then I saw the same exact watch in this store for almost 900 dollars. Not the case for every watch, but definitely most. Overall, the store is great, the staff is always friendly and fun to talk to.
For a pick up that should take maybe 5 minutes, I was in the store for nearly 30 minutes while they were on the phone back and forth with the managed who was not on site but viewing the situation from a monitor. I was visibly upset and after sleeping on it, I still am. I own several Invicta's and I like the watches. At this point I plan to continue to wear my watches but I would advise against this brick and mortar location even if it is the closest for me (30 min drive at that).
After nearly 5 months of being away from my watch, and dropping into the store on several occasions to check the status, I finally went into the store to pickup the watch. This was one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever received in a retail store. After having dealt with several previous employees and managers and a long delay, I was told that the small repair charge (less than $40) would be waived. This wasn't the case when I showed up. One salesman (yes a man) was extremely rude, continuously talked over me and then proceeded in trying to belittle my intelligence. I'm sure he was unaware of my education level or knowledge but to think that he's in a sales/customer service position and he acts in this manner is ridiculous. He wanted to openly argue with me about the policy that I previously accurately provided to the initial sales woman that was working with me.
