I have never felt so disrespected before in my entire life. They do not care about your time or providing excellent customer service.

Came here while visiting from NY looking for a piece for my mother. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent selection as well. Would recommend.
I made a simple request of them and they hid behind "company policy". They refused to do anything to help. I will never buy anything from this store again.
I have shopped in Jared's for years. The staff was always extremely helpful, however,I will never give Jared any of my business again as well as my daughter and sister. When my son passed away in January we all purchased necklaces to hang a medallion on including my daughter in law. All the necklaces turned or broke. They will not give me a new one for I did not purchase their insurance. Well I figured for 60.00 it should last more than a month. A manager was supposed to call me....that did not happen.........

While vacationing in Florida, I found myself in Jareds. I was really just browsing until I found something I just really couldn't pass up. The manager, Jessica, approached me and I felt so at ease. She was kind, professional and incredibly courteous. Jessica didn't by any means pressure me into making a purchase that I did not want. She reassured me of the quality of Jared products and was sure to give me her contact information in the event I had any further questions about my purchase. I will be Certain to visit the store again when I am visiting next time! I really could not be any happier with my purchase or the help of a Jessica.
The manager Jessica Murphy took such good care of us that we would never shop any where else. Her and her staff aim to please at all time. They go above and beyond and I could not be more satisfied! Highly recommend this store!
