Inventory, especially in what should be in stock items, is consistently out. Staff is friendly but usually scarce, especially on weekends. I rarely go there anymore preferring Home D which is farther away.
Customer service was friendly and attentive. Picked up a Black Friday order with no problems.
Needed specific landscaping supplies and found them easily. Remember to ask for your military discount, it makes a nice difference.
First Lowes that employees asked if we needed help..not just once but 4 times....we travel from Plant City ,that by the way has a Lowes just for the great selection and helpful employees at this location..they never disappoint...
Clean store, pleasant staff other then a young manager that seems to have a hard time treating customers with respect . Guy looks to be about 30 or so , not sure what his status is but he says he's a manager. After asking a simple question I felt the need to leave and shop down the street at HD...someone needs to send him back to training if he is indeed a manager. Store would be a 5 other then this guy
