Do not be misled by 20% discount..we tried to purchase an item off the shelf and request the discount. We were advised it 'didn't apply" to that item because......... After trying to reason with the cashier and manager..we returned the over $500 in merchandise we had purchased and advised them we would not be returning.
Good prices, good selection, but the private branded tools are not meant for daily commercial use. Perfect for the DIY home improvement seeker. I go there often for one-off items like cargo straps, tie wraps, nuts and screw kits, etc. I have several power tools from HF, as well as hand tools. Just be careful not to rely on them for rugged work performance.
On line del sucks you pay for 2 day express and still get it in 7 days wtf is that why do they offer express and charge you for it if they don't do it and than when you call they say it got delayed but didn't refund your shipping charge stay away from on line orders
Excellent overall selection of tools, perfect for the weekend warrior, but these are Chinese made products that aren't up to American quality standards. You do get what you pay for!
