Horrible company with rigid policies stemming from incompetent and out of touch management with lackadaisical workers. When a driver has to wait an entire day to get unloaded for a misunderstanding with no trucks on the docks and workers teeming around - well that says it all. Congratulation Ace Hardware you just earned a cohort of people that will willingly and intentionally stay away from your stores.
Great people. This is why when I am home I also shop Ace Hardware. Support the great places! Boycott the bad! Ace is the place for me!
