Transamerica! One of Tampa's shadiest repair shops! You have to know about cars or your own! if you do not want to get taken advantage of. These mechanics will mislead you and tamper with your car so that you have to come back paying more. This establishment needs to be shut down but no one has time to sue these monkeys.
Terrible service. They act like they want to help you but are just out to scam you for extra time and money. These are not honest mechanics, these are untrustworthy con artists.
I really love Autosar transamerica auto repair .. they are very professional , a family oriented business and they treat you like family too. They sure know how to keep their costumers happy. I highly recommend them for your next car repair!
Horrible service. Came in for one issue that was suppose to take 5 days ended up taking 2 1/2 months. Lied about fixing the part refuse to refund even with factual evidence from othe mechanics. Don't be a victim stay away from here.
Extremely delayed service. I came in with just a head gasket issue. Paid for the head gasket along with other small things (recommended) that were not as detrimental as the head. After two months the job was done and the car was still overheating within minutes of driving it back home. I took the car to multiple mechanics, they all confirmed that I needed a new head gasket. I made John (the owner) aware of this and he said he could not refund the money, but he could correct the issue that should have already been corrected. He tried to cover his mistake (terrible service) by offering free repair on the parts that were not covered by the warranty. At this point I did not want them inspecting or even touching my car. Save your time and money. These guys are grease balls
