I have been there twice for tire repair and mounting new tires. Friendly and good prices. Quick service too.
The longest wait I've been through in a while was at this location. There were two men working at 6 PM and they would both work on the same thing at one time because the second guy seemed to need supervision and guidance. The employees in the shop do not finish one thing before starting another, which is why I waited so long.
Good work and fast... need it a tire fix..
not impressed. i knew i needed something, thought it would be an alignment. they charged me $60 to tell me i dont need an alignment and instead need new tires...
yeah, it mighta been the fastest $60 you made off me, but its the last $60 you'll ever get from me. what a rip off... pfft. thanks for nada Alex.
most reputable mechanics would say you dont need ABC you need XYZ so i will do that instead, but not Alex.i would have been happy to buy two tires if that was what i needed, but he took less than 5 minutes to bring my car in and out and did nothing but tell me to get new tires and give me $60. i almost think he would prefer to do the diags and not do any work... probably a lot cheaper and less grease under the nails.
Boo. You might want to speak Spanish if you go here. Somehow she misunderstood that I need tires or an alignment to mean just take my $60 and don't do anything because that's exactly what they did. I knew something was wrong with one of my back tires and wasn't sure what it was so I explain it if I need an alignment I'll get an alignment if I needed a tire I'll get a tire so instead he brought it into the garage and pulled it out of the garage and said it doesn't need alignment give me $60. For absolutely nothing except to tell me that my tire was busted. Great if I need a tire sell me a tire but don't charge me $60 to do absolutely nothing on my car. Definitely language barrier going on there but I won't make that mistake again twice.
